Artistic Integrity & Vision First: Every decision, from the smallest logistical detail to the grandest creative or business choice, must serve the overarching artistic vision of the productions we present and the company which we promote. My role in business leadership is to protect and facilitate the overall mandate and vision of the company and to ensure that the necessary resources, time, and foundations remain in place to allow the organization to breath and move forward in its sustainability and growth, while at the same time also maintaining the highest standards of artistic quality.
